At India Gate, we take pride in offering a mehfil space in Newmarket Plaza where you can discover new dishes in the company of friends and family. Our dining area features a perfect mix of comfortable and elegant decor, with tables for two, four, and seven. Although you can order for direct pickup or through DoorDash, Skip the Dishes, and Uber Eats, we strongly recommend our dine-in experience, particularly with loved ones.

A Comprehensive Menu From the Subcontinent

As our name indicates, we are your Newmarket portal to a vast culinary world encompassing various regional cuisines. If you prefer the cuisine of North India, you can find many dishes in the Mughlai, Punjabi, and Tandoori styles. We prepare specialties from Goa and Mumbai, including Fish Vindaloo and Bombay Aloo. If you want to try Tamil Nadu cuisine, we recommend the spicier Chicken Madras braised with coconut cream and curry leaves. Perhaps you’d like to try Biryani or Kashmiri Naan, bakery delicacies from the royal kitchens of Hyderabad and Kashmir.

If you are gastronomically adventurous, our Chilli Chicken is an Indo-Chinese fusion dish we stir-fry with green peppers and onions before soaking in a tangy sauce you can top with mint or tamarind chutney. For your midday break, our menu includes the India Gate Lunchbox with Rice & Naan, Chana Poori, Biryani, and more.

Our catering services feature special menus and trays for special events. You can choose from beef, chicken, lamb, or vegetarian curry and Biryani trays. We can deliver, prepare for pick-up, or set up catering tables with warming dishes, chinaware, glasses, cutlery, and linen. Your options for drinks include major pop brands like Coke and Canada Dry; we can also prepare our signature Mango Lassi and Masala Chai.

Visit us Tuesday through Sunday, from 12 pm to 9 pm. We close on Mondays.
